NEW! QuickStrum SHADOW
QuickStrum SHADOW is a special anniversary edition of the original model, available in two finishes: mahogany and walnut. It retains the same functionality and specifications as the classic QuickStrum.
The QuickStrum support is easily attaches to the original leg rest piece of the SLG200 and can be optionally secured by the Velcro-style fasteners that are attached to the sides of the QuickStrum.
QuickStrum is padded with soft materials to avoid any damage to the guitar’s original rest piece (the contact area) and therefore can be put on and off without any problem.
StrumGuard
StrumGuard is the gorgeous pickguard your Yamaha SLG200 deserves.
The wooden part is stained with mahogany wood stain and finished with a high quality Danish-oil. The mounting part is made of matte black PLA. StrumGuard is designed to replace the original plastic pickguard of the SLG200 and is mounted by the two original screws. It is also designed to aesthetically complement StrumDesign’s guitar supports. StrumGuard weights only 35grams.
QuickStrum
QuickStrum is made of wood infused PLA and light plywood and is stained with high quality mahogany wood stain and finished with Danish oil.
The QuickStrum support is easily attaches to the original leg rest piece of the SLG200 and can be optionally secured by the Velcro-style fasteners that are attached to the sides of the QuickStrum.
QuickStrum is padded with soft materials to avoid any damage to the guitar’s original rest piece (the contact area) and therefore can be put on and off without any problem.
The whole attaching/removing the QuickStrum takes only a few seconds, hence the name, QuickStrum. However, if you are not intending to frequently travel with the guitar, you might want to consider either SteadyStrum or SteadyStrumLight.
SteadyStrum
SteadyStrum is made of wood infused PLA and a piece that is carved out of a solid mahogany wood in the shape of the original SLG200’s leg rest. The mahogany wood is finished with Danish oil while the rest of the product is additionally stained with high quality mahogany wood.
SteadyStrum is designed to replace the original rest piece of the SLG200 and is held by the three original screws.
Unlike QuickStrum, SteadyStrum is not designed to be attached and removed frequently and it is made for those who would like to attach the support for long term without sacrificing the aesthetics of the guitar.
Please note that frequent switches between the original leg rest piece and SteadyStrum, may result in loose mounting holes and require the user to seek help from a professional luthier for repair. If you would like to have a support that can be put on and off frequently, the QuickStrum is what you are looking for.
SteadyStrumLight
SteadyStrumLight basically the same product as SteadyStrum with only one difference. While the top piece of SteadyStrum is made of mahogany wood, in the light version of the product, it is made of wood infused PLA sandwiched between two sheets of plywood.
The body of product is stained with high quality mahogany wood stain and the plywood parts are additionally finished with Danish oil .
